Mission

Our ultimate long term goal is to revolutionize medical x-ray imaging as we know it today. We believe that this will, depending on the application, involve detectors that are faster, more efficient, higher contrast and spatial resolution. We also believe that combining the new detectors with novel x-ray optics will be important. One outcome will be that the radiation dose to the patient can be dramatically reduced for some examinations where this is essential.
